Small Extraction Canopy for Metal Recycle Factory

Our team manufactured and installed a small extraction canopy for a busy metal recycle factory. The canopy was built to extract fumes from a small furnace. An efficient and appropriately sized canopy was positioned and fitted over the furnace. This, combined with mechanical extractor fan and stainless steel spiral ductwork running up through the roof space and out of an external wall, was installed within a day.

An efficient extraction system is, now, more important than ever. Replacement Fan for Textile Factory, Scunthorpe

Replacement 3 phase fan installation at a busy Scunthorpe textile factory. The existing fan had been bespoke made to fit the large box ductwork system in place. Our engineers attended site to first source a modern replacement. Turn around time was around a week from first appointment to installation of new fan and invertor.

The system serves a large island canopy in the factory’s canteen and previous fan had broken down due to its age.
