Kitchen Canopy Install for York Wine Bar

New kitchen canopy install for this lovely York wine and pizza bar. Canopy was made and installed by us to serve a double decked pizza oven. Site survey was completed pre-install and items manufactured by us were produced within a week. Installation was completed within 2 days.

  • 1250mm x 1100mm stainless kitchen canopy.

All canopies supplied by us are bespoke made. We ensure all canopies are made to DW172 standards with the correct overhang to provide adequate extraction and comply with current guidance. Some information on the guidance can be found here.

All parts supplied by ourselves come with a years manufacturers warranty and we give a years warranty on all labour carried out by ourselves.

Once a new extraction system is installed, we recommend maintaining regular clean and service schedule. This should be completed at least once every 12 months. We can provide an extractor fan clean and service. Details of what this includes are included here.

Canopy and System Install – The North Yorkshire Water Park asked us to install a new canopy they had purchased online. The canopy was an off the shelf product and did not come with any ductwork. We supplied the ductwork and attended site prior to install to decide the best extract route with the team there. With a busy business with a lot of footfall and customers moving around the building, it is always best to extract up through the roof wherever possible to direct any fumes away from customers. We manufactured a roof cowl to install above roof level to disperse the air.

  • Pictures of the kitchen showing area extract system is to be fitted.
  • External pics showing outside of kitchen wall.
  • Full details of kitchen equipment including dimensions
  • Kitchen room height

We can then provide you with a free rough quotation. Once you are happy to proceed, our engineers will come out to complete a site survey. Then the system goes into production and installation can usually take place in 7-10 working days.
