Odour control for restaurants, takeaways, cafes and more.
Usually, during the design process of any new kitchen canopy system, an odour risk assessment is completed by our team of design engineers. Alongside any recommendations or comments from the local council, we will then make a proposal for filtration to reduce smells, smoke and grease from the system if the risk is determined as high.
An efficient way to do this is to use ESP filtration, often alongside carbon filters. This is even more effective when installed in double pass formation as pictured to the right.
