These 2 x North Yorkshire sister Pubs required a fresh air replacement system installed in each location. In order to comply with commercial kitchen regulations, an air replacement system should replace 80% of the air drawn out by the kitchen extract system.

In both of these locations, our team replaced a window panel with a commercial grade plate fan with housing box. Each system is fitted with a panel filter, ensuring that no dust, debris or insects are drawn in to the kitchen.

A fresh air replacement system assists the kitchen extract system in ensuring efficient air flow, providing a comfortable work environment and reducing co2 levels in the kitchen.
