Full kitchen extract system install for barbecue chicken restaurant in busy Bradford shopping centre.
This popular chicken restaurant chain required a full system install. The system included high level grease and odour control measures by way of ESP filtration.
The ductwork from the large wall mounted canopy lead up to roof level via the building riser. All equipment including gigabox fan and ESP filters were installed at roof level.
Our team worked closely with restaurant owner and the shopping centre management to ensure the supply and installation of an efficient extract system.
