Kitchen Canopy Install for York Wine Bar

New kitchen canopy install for this lovely York wine and pizza bar. Canopy was made and installed by us to serve a double decked pizza oven. Site survey was completed pre-install and items manufactured by us were produced within a week. Installation was completed within 2 days.

All canopies supplied by us are bespoke made. We ensure all canopies are made to DW172 standards with the correct overhang to provide adequate extraction and comply with current guidance. Some information on the guidance can be found here.

All parts supplied by ourselves come with a years manufacturers warranty and we give a years warranty on all labour carried out by ourselves.

Once a new extraction system is installed, we recommend maintaining regular clean and service schedule. This should be completed at least once every 12 months. We can provide an extractor fan clean and service. Details of what this includes are included here.

Tailor-made Extract System for Outdoor Kitchen

This high quality, tailor-made extract system was designed and installed by our engineers for a beautiful outdoor kitchen at this gorgeous property. A custom, double skimmed, flue was installed to serve an outdoor pizza oven and a custom built stainless steel canopy was fitted to serve a gas barbeque. The canopy was made using DP2 fine grain stainless steel, the grain effect on all sides as this canopy is fully visible from all angles and we wanted it to be a real centrepiece of the kitchen.

The kitchen canopy has removable and washable, highly efficient grease filters and ductwork runs up through the roof with a roof cowl installed at roof level.

Whether it be for a special home project or a commercial kitchen, a tailor-made extract system is the way to go. It ensures that our system is specifically manufactured with your needs in mind. We understand that every commercial kitchen has its own unique needs when it comes to extraction and ventilation. All our projects undergo a full site survey prior to the design and installation of systems. Because of this, once we are at the manufacturing stage, we are able to install quickly knowing everything has been tailor made to fit your kitchen precisely. Our team are extremely proud of our ability to offer quick turn around times with both design and manufacturing. Manufacturing takes, on average, 7-10 days once a deposit is made.
