Speed Control Change for Busy Leeds Restaurant

This busy Leeds City Centre, Latin Restaurant, contacted us about a faulty speed control. The extractor fan was not working as it should be and, upon arrival, our engineers determined that this was due to their existing speed control not being compatible with their fan. The new speed controller was fitted immediately and fan is now working as it should be.

Fan efficiency is an extremely important factor in a correctly functioning extraction system. A compatible speed controller is a factor in this as well as regular servicing and cleaning of the fan. Extraction System Install in Cafe/Barn Conversion

System Install @ New Cafe/Barn Conversion in Ulrome, East Yorkshire

 

This new extraction system install has been one of our most recent projects. An exciting new café in a recently renovated granary building called us after the new year with a project. They had been working for a few years, restoring the building and putting the kitchen plans together. The client had a used canopy that they wanted to utilise, so we made it work! We supplied and fitted a new extractor fan with silencers, carbon filtration and all of the ductwork was bespoke made to fit the space.

We are very pleased to have been a part of such an exciting project and wish The Granary Bistro @ Manor House Farm, Ulrome lots of success with their venture!

New Canopy and Extraction System for Hull Cafe

This new café in Hull contacted us to install a completely new extraction system. This stainless steel canopy and spiral ductwork was manufactured and installed within a week of the quotation. Another happy customer!

New stainless steel canopy with filter bank, bafel grease filters and header. Stainless steel bafel filters are efficient at grease removal and washable.

Bespoke External Ductwork, Beverley Town Centre

This bespoke external ductwork panelling was manufactured for the Sumo Pan Asian unit at Flemingate Shopping Centre in Beverley, East Yorkshire. The panels were powder coated to match with the rest of the centre.

The design aspect of any installation is extremely important to us. We understand that, as well as having a system that functions well, it also has to look stylish. When our client contacted us to design this external ductwork, we also liaised with the management company of the shopping centre to get their input and to match the RAL colour to the other units ductwork systems. 

As well as the external aspect of the system, here at Northern Fan Services, we design, manufacture and install all parts of extraction and ventilation systems. From the initial enquiry to the final installation day, we are hand on ensuring every aspect of the system is exactly what your commercial kitchen needs to ensure optimum levels of extraction and fresh air supply.
