This client got in touch as they were renovating their existing location. A new bespoke made stainless steel kitchen canopy was required along with a new extractor fan. We were able to utilise some of the existing ductwork and just relocate it. From the point of ordering, this kitchen canopy was manufactured within a week.

A completely new system isn’t always required when making changes to a commercial kitchen. Depending on the situation, we are sometimes able to reuse parts of the old system.
