This busy restaurant and grill house in York city centre called us as they needed a new full extraction system installing. The existing system was no longer sufficient for what they needed. An engineer attended site to complete a site survey to determine what system would be best for this location.

Once the client was happy we got the items in to production. As all of our systems are bespoke made, installation will go ahead roughly a week after a deposit is taken. The canopy was made to measure and included a filter bank and 2 x bafel filters (pictured above). The new full extraction system included canopy, filters, ductwork, extractor fan, speed control and all weather louvre. Installation took a day to complete.

Clients often contact us when their current system is no longer performing as it should. This is usually because the kitchen has grown and new equipment has been added, but the extraction system has not been extended to accommodate this. System Install @ New Cafe/Barn Conversion in Ulrome, East Yorkshire

 

This new extraction system install has been one of our most recent projects. An exciting new café in a recently renovated granary building called us after the new year with a project. They had been working for a few years, restoring the building and putting the kitchen plans together. The client had a used canopy that they wanted to utilise, so we made it work! We supplied and fitted a new extractor fan with silencers, carbon filtration and all of the ductwork was bespoke made to fit the space.

We are very pleased to have been a part of such an exciting project and wish The Granary Bistro @ Manor House Farm, Ulrome lots of success with their venture!

This new café in Hull contacted us to install a completely new extraction system. This stainless steel canopy and spiral ductwork was manufactured and installed within a week of the quotation. Another happy customer!

New stainless steel canopy with filter bank, bafel grease filters and header. Stainless steel bafel filters are efficient at grease removal and washable.
